The patient had broken this tooth and fractured the root below the gum line. The tooth required extraction and replacement with a fixed full ceramic bridge. The patient also wanted to whiten their teeth, but wanted the bridge first to close the space. The whitening procedure was done after the bridge was placed to blend the new color of the bridge with the whitened teeth took about two weeks of home whitening. The final finish of their natural teeth matched the color of the bridge and had a vary cosmetic result without gaps or spaces.

This patient had a traumatic accident several years ago that required the front right lateral incisor to need root canal therapy. Ultimately the root fractured and the tooth needed to be extracted. A bridge was decided upon to improve the looks of the front eeeth and stabilize the front teeth as well. The patient was extremely pleased with the result and increase in function.

Before: 3 Unit bridge with chipped porcelain molar (supporting metal showing on molar tooth), poor enamel color match to patient's natural teeth, and poor fit around the patient's gumline.
After: Replaced Bridge with an All Porcelain Bridge. The new bridge now also matches the patient's natural tooth color and was designed to properly fit around the gumline. Proper fit aids in decreasing decay and the ease of the patient's ability to clean around a bridge.
