Dr. Alford requires that every patient be given ample time to discuss their concerns and have all their questions answered. He believes that the best patient is a fully educated patient.

Office hours :

8AM to 12:00 Noon and 1PM to 5PM Monday through Thursday

8AM to 12 Noon on Fridays.

An after hours and noon hour answering system will take your message if you so choose to leave one and we will return your call promptly.

Please Notify our office 24 hours in advance if you have to cancel an appointment. A charge will be made  if a scheduled appointment with complex procedures and dedicated time has been reserved and it has not been cancelled. Dr. Alford does  not over book and makes every attempt to see you at the scheduled appointment time.   Our office will call and confirm all appointments twice to ensure that you are informed and knowledgeable of your appointment time. If we can not contact you we will leave a message on your selected answering machine.
